Always Take the Weather: open 2nd-4th May
I seem to have been preparing for OS for months but at last, apart from some minor fine tuning I am ready to welcome visitors.
The theme of this year’s exhibition is weather. Many of the pieces feature the sky, from sunny and clear to dark and threatening and numerous states in between. The work reflects the experience of living in Scotland, the dominant role the weather plays in everyday life and the need to take it as it comes.
A well known Scottish comedian once said “There is no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing”. So dress for the weather, whatever that may be, and join me 2nd-4th May at Studio 34.m
