Longniddry Bents

First pass on a new work inspired by a walk along the shore at Longniddry Bents in East Lothian. I’m experimenting with wet on wet techniques and using a different colour palette than usual. This is a view toward Edinburgh, which can just be seen in the distance, with Arthur’s Seat just visible on the far horizon.
