A winter and a spring scene in this collection of two paintings, both of which feature water in some form. The two paintings are distinctly different in terms of mood; Gadden Loch being light and airy in direct contrast to Evening Mist which is dark and brooding. Both paintings will be available to buy from the Marchmont Gallery Warrender Park Road, Edinburgh from 25th May.

Gadden Loch

This painting shows Gadden Loch, near Collessie in Fife. The loch is on the site of a former sand and gravel quarry and is home to a variety of bird life.
